Tasting Notes:
It is brilliant yellow color with greenish reflections. This wine shows a fruity tone, which covers the range of white and citrus fruits. In addition, fennel hints, garrigue and balsamic aromas are appreciated. On the palate, it´s unctuous and elegant with a slight bitterness at the end, backed by good acidity. Jose Pariente Verdejo has a great structure with a full volume, moreover a complex and intense aftertaste are appreciated.
